I've been working as a licensed social worker since 2011 and a licensed clinical social worker since 2015, predominantly centered in the Champaign-Urbana, IL area. I graduated with my master of social work from the School of Social Work at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2011, and I'm currently working on my PhD in social work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis (virtually, but dually licensed in MO).
I have the career that I have because I think people are fascinating and amazing. I love to learn, and I love to learn about people especially, and I bring that curiosity to my work as well. If you work with me, I will strive to help you feel that for the hour you are talking to me, there is nothing on earth that is more important to me than getting to know you, sitting with you in wherever you are on that particular day, and supporting you in whatever way you need. I will be your champion and I will tell you what I really think, and if I'm ever not doing that well, I will wholeheartedly hear that and do what I can to do it better.
