Nadine is a champion of systemic interventions and interweaves treatments into the practice to optimize the outcomes. She does so by tapping into sensory regulation, emotional regulation, brain functioning, and wellness strategies. Nadine has over 15 years experience in clinical and program management /development aspects of mental health particularly in working with adult, child and family trauma as well as co-occurring neurodevelopmental, medical or neurological conditions and mental health symptoms. She is trained in internal family systems therapy (ISF), to help repair the burdens carried by parts of us that can manifest as anger, sadness, anxiety and other dysregulated labels. Nadine also works from a family systems lens to support each external part of the individual or family system repair and function better. She has trained professionals at Universities, Hospital Psychiatric Departments, Organizations and School Programs. Nadine graduated with top honors from Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Services and has worked abroad supporting community and children's educational programs in 3 different countries. In the United States, she has helped shape non-profit programs in foster care, the criminal court (victim-services), non-public schools, and community and home-based programs. Nadine is energized by challenges and has a fearless determination for success and trust in her patients. She creates a safe and inclusive environment for patients whom each bring their unique identity to sessions. Nadine enjoys meeting people of different cultural backgrounds and traveling.
