She also works with adults who are caring for loved ones with cognitive impairment, including Alzheimer’s, to develop strategies to reduce stress that include improving communication and minimizing conflict. Her outlook on therapy is that the most difficult challenges in life can be incredible opportunities for growth, and with the right tools, can enable a client to develop a new vision for the future. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys pugs, horses, swimming, skiing, and dance.

I have only met with Nancy twice but she is great at listening and then offering great advice. I love the fact that she gave me actual things to work on and to accomplish. I have seen a few different counselors in the past and not all have been helpful. I think she is going to be one of the greats for what I need.
