Natalia (Natasha Joseph) received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Austin College. During her academic studies she volunteered at the local fire department and was instrumental in establishing a Trauma Intervention Program through Austin College to assist first responders with psychological assessments. Natalia earned a Master's degree in Behavioral Studies from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and joined the Center for Psychological Development as an LPC intern. Once fully licensed, she specialized in individual and family counseling and neuropsychological testing. During her tenure, she had multiple opportunities to utilize the knowledge of her native language, helping adopted children from Russia and the Ukraine to assimilate into their new families. She also helped guide new parents through the emotionally challenging parts of the process. In addition to her other areas of focus, she has experience with forensic psychological evaluations and pre-op assessments for clients seeking elective surgical procedures.
Natalia is actively involved in the community and serves as a Sunday School Coordinator in a local church.
