Do you feel stuck in the same cycle over and over again, not knowing how or why you got there? Are you struggling with shame and guilt and can’t seem to get out? Are you feeling overcome with grief after losing someone close to you, and you can’t figure out how to move forward? There is no need to tackle these things on your own. As your counselor, I will provide a warm and safe environment for you to process through addiction, shame and guilt, grief, and many other issues that life may throw at you.
I tailor our sessions together to meet your individual needs so that our time is as effective as possible. I use hands-on and practical approaches to our sessions which will allow us to tackle your particular needs. I enjoy using creative approaches to help with mind and body connections helping you to get to the root of your struggle. Whatever you need to make the most out of our sessions, we will explore together. Whatever you are walking through, you are not alone.
