She completed her Capstone thesis project on the evidence for effects of exercise training or physical activity in children with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. Navah has worked in out-patient orthopedic settings in NYC, Westchester and Fairfield County, CT. She now resides in Stamford, CT with her husband and two young children enjoying the hustle and bustle of a busy life.
