Whether you’re a teen navigating the maze of adolescence; a student striving for excellence despite life’s distractions; a young adult maneuvering through your own independence and self-discovery; or perhaps an adult confronting societal pressures head-on, know that I understand! I have over fifteen years experience counseling others in a variety of settings and use an integrative approach to therapy. I have an integrative approach to therapy. Some of which include Play Therapy, CBT, Solution Focused and client centered. I believe in meeting clients at their personal needs because therapy is not one size fits all. I provide clients with a safe, non judgmental, empathic space where their story can be expressed. Guiding them to their first steps on the path of lasting healing.
