Nicole founded Through the Woods Therapy & Wellness to offer a fresh approach to mental health treatment, combining clinical and spiritual work within the context of a supportive community to promote a space for deep healing.
In addition to the above professional designations, Nicole has specialized training in domestic violence, partner abuse intervention, the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, attachment, and trauma.
Nicole has extensive experience working with individual clients and couples in a variety of treatment settings. Nicole’s passion is creating a judgment-free zone which allows clients to better understand themselves, set and achieve goals, and work toward living as authentically as possible. She strives to support and empower others in discovering solutions to their unique life situations by further developing personal strengths while also addressing maladaptive patterns and navigating challenges effectively. Nicole approaches each session with an open mind: receptive to her clients’ needs and pace.
