Nilesh Son has excellent practice. My mother is being treated by one of his associate Rimma Pandya, DPT. She is very thorough, caring and knowledgable. Dr Nilesh Soni is an expert in geriatric physical therapy specializing in back pain and disorders related to the elderly patients. He has clinical experience of 20 plus years in various areas of physical dysfunction and disabilities like neurological disorders, major joint replacements, neck and back pain, gait disturbances, prosthetic training and preventative geriatrics. For 14 years, he was the Director of Rehab for a 400 bedded facility located in Queens, New York. He supervised and trained Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists to ensure delivery of highest quality of care. As an excellent leader, he strengthened the organization’s image as an industry leader in delivery of compassionate and competent rehabilitation services in New York.
Dr Soni founded Dynamic Physical Therapy Services in 2003 in response to community need of a state of art outpatient physical therapy clinic dedicated towards pain management and treatment of older adults.
His credentials include Doctorate of Physical Therapy from MGH Institute Of Health Sciences, Master’s in Physical Therapy from New York University, another Master’s in Physical Therapy from University of Bombay, India , and he is a Board Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association. Lastly he is a Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adults.
At Dynamic Physical Therapy, Dr Soni has implemented innovative programs such as the Comprehensive Osteoporosis Management program and hands-on treatment protocols focused on myofascial release procedures for pain management.

I consider my visit to Dr. Nilesh Soni as one of my luckiest day of my life. I was greeted by friendly staff, Dr.Nilesh Soni is very efficient in his profession , knows and explain why im having pain at the back of my legs and discuss with me how he will go about treating me . After about my leg pain , he instructed his staff to give me immediate treatment to relieve my pain even before he gets my insurance approval. After that free initial theraphy, i felt some relief already and somehow the pain has diminished. All his stafff is very efficient and the free initial treatment is long unlike on the other physical theraphy clinic that i went before. Search no more ! This is it ! If you need physical theraphy , i highly recommend Dr. Nilesh Soni and his staff ! More piwer to Dynamic Physical theraphy clinic of Dr. Nilesh Soni !

Dr. Soni was excellent – very humble, friendly, informative, concerned and to the point. Examined my problem thoroughly and explained in detail the reason behind it.
After the diagnosis he assigned me to one of his associates Dr. Pallavi Saini – who was also very professional, informative, had an excellent bedside manner, was concerned and friendly in nature.
I would hands-down recommend him or Dr. Saini to anyone.

I highly recommend Dynamic Physical therapy, specially Kajal Jani & Raji Soni. I had ACL replacement on my right knee. They made me feel so comfortable and confident about the recovery. The staff is compassionate and very kind. There has been drastic improvement in just 3 weeks which is incredible. I will surly recommend to my friends.

Wonderful office and staff. Dr. Soni is extremely knowledgable and an expert indeed. Over the previous 4-5 visits, my condition has markedly improved as a result of his treatments. I recommend this office and Dr. Soni with out reserve. Short wait time and he actually takes his time out to speak with the patient, as opposed to simply coming in and out of a room. I was made comfortable as soon as i talked to the reception lady. I found Dr. Soni very knowledgable, and he explained my back pain and spine condition in such details that I not only have better understanding of my condition but feel confident that i will recover fast. I have better understanding of what bothers me and I felt at ease in a very supportive atmosphere. I have been to other clinics in the past, but I find Dynamic physical therapy the best for my condition.

Dr. Soni and his staff treat their patients with care and attentiveness at every appointment. I was referred to him by my doctor to treat my tennis elbow ailment. He personally treated me following an initial evaluation conducted by his staff. Through modality treatments, massage therapy, strengthening exercises, and ultra sound therapy my tennis elbow pain dramatically reduced and I was able to return to my normal activities after several visits. I continue to see him and his staff and highly recommend them.

Dr. Soni is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful! I just got surgery on my knee and only had a week left at home until I had to go back to school and Dr. Soni made sure I booked as many appointments with him in that week as possible. I saw him four times and made incredible progress in that week. Dr. Soni always explained everything clearly and was great at addressing my concerns and answering any questions I had. Each session was very thorough and comprehensive. He had me do a variety of exercises to strengthen various parts of my body and made me feel more comfortable and prepared to go back to school.

Doctor Nilesh Soni, and his Physical therapist team is great! They work miracles helping me not only in their office but giving me advice so that I can be pro-active about my health. The tips and tricks he gives have helped me with shoulder pain and in strength training in troubled spots.

Nilesh gives great advice on form and proper treatment towards recovery. He is very knowledgeable and I was seen right away. There is actually a team of Physical therapists and aides that worked on my shoulder issues and on my back pains. I've seen them 5 times already and am feeling a lot better.

I have needed physical therapy services numerous times due to chronic back pain for 10+ yrs, I've had a great experience with every therapist there. Dr. Soni and his entire team are dedicated in giving each client personalized focused care. I also enjoy the ease of making appointments, with a great range of office hours and days open. And while they have a busy practice they respect everyone's time and keep wait time to a minimum.
