Hi there, I'm Norma!
We all have shared realities that change day by day with each experience and interaction with individuals. Whether it's childhood experiences or current circumstances leading you towards healing through therapy, I want to help you understand and heal. I've helped people with everyday challenges such as cultural or relational issues or deep-rooted trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. My focus is on the person-centered approach, which starts where you feel comfortable and together helps you overcome what brought you to therapy. I've worked and learned from people of diverse backgrounds and phases in their lives. As a previous social worker in a nursing home for veterans, I knew the critical component of learning. My veterans shared life stories, experiences that I will never forget, and lessons I can relay. I hope to help heal and embrace this process as we walk together in what we call therapy.
