I am a licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years experience working with all types of people in psychiatric inpatient and outpatient settings as well as private practice. I believe in meeting you where you are at and coming up with solutions together. I specialize in helping individuals deal with life stressors, changes, and traumatic events that may be affecting their emotional and mental well-being. My clients describe me as caring, calm, and comforting. Together we will figure out ways of overcoming maladaptive and unhealthy thinking and move towards happiness.
