I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in South Carolina and Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina, passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Capella University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. With The International Center of Wellness, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for individuals seeking healing, growth, and to effectively navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and purpose.
My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness. I work with adolescents, adults, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relational struggles.
As your therapist, my goal is not only to support you but to challenge you to go deeper in your self-reflection. I believe growth happens when we are willing to look inward, question patterns, and lean into discomfort. I often incorporate practical tools and therapeutic “homework” between sessions to help you apply insights and stay actively engaged in your healing process.
