Hello! I'm Pema, a licensed mental health counselor with a Hispanic background who brings a multi-cultural, out-of-the-box, patient-centered approach to therapy. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, women's issues, dark night of the soul, couples, and relationships of all structures, I use an integrative approach to help realize relief of symptoms and healing. My experiences have shaped me into an empathic counselor who connects deeply with clients. Many of my clients start to see results within 2-3 weeks of starting therapy. Working with adults and couples, I create a safe space for healing and growth. Whether you're facing past trauma or current challenges, I'm here to guide you toward resilience and self-discovery.
