At Bay Area Somatics, we offer therapy services tailored to adults and teens across California, Maryland, and DC. Our compassionate team specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions and Somatic Experiencing® Therapy, providing a space where your body is welcomed into the conversation.
If you're feeling stuck in behaviors or beliefs stemming from past traumas, we're here to help you release their effects and move forward with clarity and healing. Our somatic approach to mental well-being focuses on understanding the language of your body and learning new tools for emotional wellness.
We recognize the complexities of being human and the impact of societal and familial backgrounds on coping abilities and confidence. Our therapy is a blend of Psychodynamics, Somatic Experiencing®, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapies, all evidence-based and in congruence with your unique needs.
Led by our Clinical Director, Reginald Brice, LCSW, our practice prioritizes authenticity and your self-determination. Whether online or in-person, our office provides a safe space for inner work, where you can explore beliefs, patterns, and past experiences to make meaningful discoveries.
