Our current state of lockdown has caused worry, isolation, and hopelessness for many individuals. At this time I am offering video therapy visits to keep us safe while allowing us to continue self-care. Now more then ever we need to recognize that mental health wellness is a vital aspect of our overall health.
For years I've helped individuals with anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, relationships, and parenting issues. My approach is integrative focused. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic modalities.
A diagnosis only gives you a medical standard, relating to your current problem. Instead let’s take a holistic approach to see how your mind, body, and essence of the soul are interacting with their current emotional and physical challenges. Through this interaction we can delve into areas of your life that may have yet to be approached with kindness and compassion.
