I'm Reyna, a Latina talk therapist at Latinx Talk Therapy. I use humor, mentorship, and Spanglish in sessions. My clinical approach is eclectic, which means that I include multiple approaches based on my clients’ experiences, preferences, and needs. I take a strength-based approach when helping clients move towards their desired lifestyles and goals. My theoretical approach includes self-esteem building skills and self-exploration.
As a Latina therapist, speak Spanish and English and help you in your healing by building confidence, identify negative and positive patterns, focus on solutions, and embark on a journey of self-understanding.
I am dedicated to helping you overcome the inner battles in your mental and emotional well-being. By consistently working towards growth, you will be able to leave anxiety, depression, and trauma behind and embrace a life filled with courage, confidence, and success. I have worked with children, adults, and families to overcome stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I can help improve feelings of being stuck, low motivation, overwhelm, fear, panic, frustration, distrust, and not being understood.
