Richard Evans, PT, DPT, began working at GTC's Fort Worth location on Bryant Irvin Road in May of 2017. He graduated from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls Texas with a B.S. in Biology with a minor in psychology. He then moved to Fort Worth in 2014 where he attended the University of North Texas Health Science Center where he received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Richard’s focus in physical therapy is orthopedics with experience seeing patients in the hospital, rehab hospital, and home health settings. He is very passionate about using movement and exercise to empower patients to be in control of their bodies and the rehab process. He has received training in spinal manipulation and plans on becoming certified in dry needling in the next few months.
Richard is happily married to his wife Lara who he met at Midwestern State University. They both enjoy living in Fort Worth with their son and two Golden Retrievers. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys working out and spending time with his family and dogs.
Richard sees patients at the Greater Therapy Centers location in Fort Worth located off of Bryant Irvin Road and Oakmont Boulevard.
