I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Community Services with a focus in Family Studies, and from Southern Connecticut State University with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). Throughout my career, I have provided services to individuals, couples, and families at different stages drawing from both my clinical and family studies side of training.
When I’m not obsessing over my golden retriever Scout, I love to be with my family and friends traveling, cooking, being by the water, and finding laughter in life.
