I work to create a therapy atmosphere that is safe, comfortable, compassionate and non-judgmental.
I believe that a safe, caring environment is the key to successful therapy. My goal is to provide an atmosphere that is friendly and inviting.
I have a lot of experience working with children and teens dealing with issues such as sexual abuse, oppositional defiant disorder, adhd, anger, sibling rivalry, anxiety, depression, divorce, and many more.
I am also experienced working with adults facing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, divorce issues, parenting concerns, stress management, and more.
I provide play therapy , cognitive behavioral therapy, family and couples therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) while maintaining a strength-based approach with every client.
