I strive to get to know you as you see yourself presently and to help you find your way to the life you hope to have in the future. I believe you can solve the problems of your past in the present. Together we can understand how your past experiences may be contributing to the problems you are having in your life. My approach is to help you untangle all the complicated thoughts and feelings that get in the way of living your best life. I am caring, and thoughtful, and straight-forward. I will not tell you what to do, but I will help you get clear on what you want out of life, what is important to you, what your values are, and what steps you can take to free yourself from those obstacles that are keeping you back.
I work with adults who find themselves unsatisfied with how their lives have worked out. I understand that sometimes life throws us for a loop and our lives don't always work out the way we had planned. Let me tell you that it's not too late to take a different path or to realize that you can embrace what has gone right in your life so far.
I am passionate about working with couples who are struggling to save their marriage. Couples have a tendency to wait to get help until it is almost too late. You get busy, time goes on, and then you realize that the person you are living with is a stranger, and you don't get along, and much of the time you feel like you don't even like each other anymore, but you miss what you used to have and you want to find your way back to those happy days. I can help you pinpoint how your relationship ended up in trouble and help you get back on track to a happier marriage or relationship.
