Ruth Kaplan and her staff are always professional. I have been receiving PT for approximately 3 months and every visit includes different modalities that are helping to resolve my orthopedic issues. The staff is very knowledgeable and challenges the patient to improve physically and move to the next level.

The hardest part about the long-term pain I've been having is sticking to an exercise plan, and she didn't make me feel ashamed about that being difficult but instead gave me some really concrete suggestions. Arriving from out of state in Princeton to recuperate from Rotator Cuff surgery, Ruth was very willing to accept my situation, my doctor's requirements and fully co-operated with my insurance needs without hesitation. During the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, she gained my complete confidence as she explained Progression Physical Therapy best practices protocol for separation of patients, personal protection, scheduling, sanitizing and cleaning practices employed in the office. A full explanation of procedures for my recovery were outlined clearly to my satisfaction.
