Orthopedics is my specialty and I enjoy treating a wide variety of diagnoses from spine to shoulder, to knee, and to foot. I would say I see diagnoses for the spine (both neck and lumbar spine) as well as post –op knee the most. I am also well versed in balance, strengthening, and general conditioning. I use a variety of treatment methods from various manual techniques, dry needling, exercise prescription, functional training, and modalities. I strongly believe that a multi-modal approach is most beneficial is most cases. I most enjoy getting to know my patients regardless of diagnosis and seeing them improve and grow. Currently, I spend most of my time with my family; my husband and young daughter. When I have the time I enjoy hiking, getting outdoors, traveling, and reading.
