Sanna Leghari is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing since 2016. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She believes that our thoughts help shape and create our realities. Sanna is aware that from time to time, negative thoughts can infiltrate our psyche and cause bouts of depression, unbearable anxiety, or leave us feeling “stuck.” She believes these symptoms are not a reflection of our true selves but are indicators of areas where growth, change, and adaptation are needed.
With her experience and work with clients, she has come to understand that change occurs when individuals are provided with unconditional positive regard, trust, and a safe space to self-explore. At LifeStance, she provides individual therapy to adults 18 and older. She works from a cultural sensitivity lens and includes strengths-based, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based practices to help ground and heal during the therapeutic process. She uses a collaborative approach in her work by supporting you in identifying and addressing the current barriers to your socio-emotional functioning and well-being.
Sanna believes every individual has the ability to reach their full potential. Every setback and challenge faced is an opportunity for growth and learning. She sees you as the expert in your life and works to strengthen and empower you to use your voice and advocate for your needs.
