After starting her career in clinical research, Sarah's dedication to helping others feel comfortable and empowered in their bodies led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Specializing in pelvic health, she has made significant contributions to the field, including advanced training in gynecologic visceral manipulation, complex pelvic pain conditions, and obstetric physical therapy.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Sarah is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-500) with a focus on therapeutics, pre, and post-pregnancy yoga, and a certified barre instructor. Her holistic approach to care is informed by her diverse background and is designed to meet clients wherever they are in their wellness journey.
Sarah offers her services in North Austin, Texas, covering areas including Beltram, Burnet, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and more.
