After working as a strength and conditioning coach in a gym that was attached to a physical therapy clinic, Sarah realized that she enjoyed addressing the more complex needs of the individuals that were referred to her following their course of therapy. This prompted her to go back to school and complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut.
Having competed as a track and field athlete for nine years, Sarah has a special interest in treating track athletes — more specifically, sprinters. She is also passionate about working with disabled veterans.
A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Sarah has also completed Part A of the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, which focuses on the lumbar spine. Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with her husband and two kitties.
