Sarah John is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong passion for pelvic health and a commitment to patient-centered care. She completed an intensive clinical rotation in pelvic health therapy, gaining hands-on experience treating individuals with pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery needs, and more.
While pelvic health is her primary focus, Sarah also enjoys working with orthopedic patients and is dedicated to helping each person achieve their unique goals. Her approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel truly heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Sarah believes in building strong relationships with her patients, combining evidence-based care with compassion and individualized treatment plans that support lasting outcomes
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, and unwinding with a good movie.
