I’m Sarah. I help adults just like you who are overwhelmed with anxiety and trauma: ones that have it in them to gain insights to manage anxiety but need the support to get there.
I help my clients find confidence, insight, and fulfillment by empowering them with the tools they need to better understand themselves, so they can use skills to reset, refocus, and create a life they love.
Many of today’s solutions for anxiety and trauma only address part of what is going on, leading many people to get easily discouraged and feel like they aren’t making any progress. I know that your situation is unique, so we’ll work together to create a plan specifically for you.
First, we take time to understand who you are and what is causing you to feel overwhelmed and anxious. Then, we work together to develop a personalized plan that will be the most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll gain skills, confidence in yourself, and best of all gain the insights you need to sustain the changes over time.
