I am a licensed mental health therapist who enjoys working with men women and young adults. I believe that often times therapy is about unlearning what we thought we knew, and re- learning that there are other ways to achieve and sustain the life that we want. I believe that therapy can be healing and empowering when working with a compassionate provider that cares about moving you into the best version of yourself. I use a collaborative approach, working from models such as Trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused, motivational interviewing to name a few.
