Hi, I'm Sandy Burleson. I have, through years of experience, discovered that our inner self-talk shapes who we are and who we aim to become. Reframing negative self-talk, often rooted in past trauma or challenging experiences, can foster a healthier and more compassionate mindset. My approach is useful for clients who are willing to address their issues with curiosity, creativity, and honesty. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor's degree from Ashford University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support your journey effectively.
