Born and raised on Long Island, Dr. Marek received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University in 2010. He earned another Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and then his Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Touro College in 2014, where he received awards for both academic excellence and clinical research. Since joining the Advance Physical Therapy team in 2015, Sean continues to develop and implement quality and individualized treatment plans for each of his patients. He is certified for both Level I & II of the Fyzical Balance and Vestibular Course & Examination, and he currently works in both the Lindenhurst and Wantagh offices.

The wait time from my appointment to being seen was about 15 minutes.
The receptionist (Dana) was very friendly and professional.
My appointment was with Dr. Marek but I was seen by a very capable physical therapist named Anthony. He took the time take a full medical history and paid very close attention to the details of my history and to the type of pain I am experiencing.
Anthony explained in detail what was causing my back pain and mapped out a course of treatment to not only alleviate the pain but to also provide exercises I could do at home to strengthen by back muscles.
I am hopeful and have made a follow up appointment to continue the treatment plan prescribed.
