I have a strong dedication in helping those to navigate their strengths by incorporating treatment modalities such as solution focused therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing. I have clinical experience treating both adults and adolescents suffering from addiction, domestic violence, eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, and psycho-social challenges.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut and I am also a Senior Counselor at Darien Wellness. I received my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY and my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic, CT.
