What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a Counselor and Life Coach, I have helped individuals achieve personal and professional goals. I apply strength-based methodologies, to decrease trauma, depression, and anxiety symptoms. My clients report better careers, lifestyles, and relationships. The growth fostered in sessions is expressed through improved mood, finances, and coping skills in clients. Clients describe me as attentive, supportive, caring, and result-driven.
