Shawn is nothing short of amazing. I came in for a tight IT band. Every session she used manual manipulation to improve my flexibility. She was careful to review my form for assigned exercises weekly. Her upbeat attitude actually made my visits fun. Thanks Shawn. I'm feeling so much better thanks to you!

I found Shawn after a poor experience with an independent PT who was very hands-off and dismissive. Shawn has extensive experience and was able to correctly diagnose my spinal stenosis (the ortho said it was a herniated disc and the first PT said it was only bulging). My symptoms had been going on for too long, so it took a lot of sometimes painful manipulation, massage, stretching and exercise, but my symptoms subsided as she predicted. Follow-up appointments have addressed hip and flexibility issues likely caused by my hobbling around and sitting for months before my first appointment.

Shawn was AMAZING! I never thought it would be possible to be free from plantar fasciitis pain that I’ve had for 3+ years. She was persistent, adaptable and holistic in her treatment approach. Would highly recommend!

Shawn was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She was able to very easily identify that my knee tightness was not meniscus related at all - it was from a small muscle behind my patella (popliteal). I cannot recommend her enough.
