Over the years, I have enjoyed treating all types of sports related injuries due to my background, but have recently put my ATC in retirement status to focus more on the clinical side of PT. In addition to sports injuries, I enjoy treating the cervical spine, and post-surgical shoulders, knees, and ankles. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking for my family, exercising, yoga, watching my sons' play sports, traveling, and spending time with my husband.
I attended St. Mary's College of California for my undergraduate studies and later went on to pursue my Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, FL. I also have my athletic trainer's certification.
