Shelley Hardin was born and raised in Austin, TX and attended physical therapy school at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, known for its focus on manual therapy.
As a physical therapist, she draws from a variety of treatment methods and techniques. Before becoming a physical therapist, Shelley worked as a Pilates instructor for five years in New York City and Boston. She is educated in the McKenzie Method to treat lumbar, cervical, hip and shoulder conditions.
Shelley is also certified in LSVT Big, a treatment protocol that successfully treats people with Parkinson’s disease. She approaches each client as an individual with unique needs and goals, and tailors each session accordingly.

Shelly is very great to work with. She listens to what is bothering you and sees what exercises would be best to help alleviate the pain/ tension occuring due to the injury. I would definetly recommend her and Victory PT team.
