If you are looking for help on how to manage big emotions, develop more effective problem-solving skills and work towards self-acceptance, I would love to be a part of your health and healing journey. I typically work with children, teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, distress tolerance or interpersonal effectiveness. I specialize in CBT, DBT, and body acceptance. Also, I am currently in the process of being EMDR trained (a trauma-based treatment)!
