Siobhan is a highly professional, caring therapist. She listens attentively and sincerely, and is able to get to the heart of the matter with clarity and care. I found her knowledge to be deep and broad, and her methods were effective at breaking down my issues into manageable pieces that I could work through in a way that helped me immensely. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach and ability to see what was truly going on inside. In addition she was very accommodating to my ever-changing schedule, which was very supportive. I can't recommend Siobhan highly enough.

I've been providing therapy to adults and teens for more than 25 years. I've supervised other professionals, designed clinical programs, and have expertise in several areas of clinical practice. I love what I do, and still get excited about learning new ideas and techniques. I am certified in EMDR -- I have found EMDR to be invaluable and highly effective and I offer EMDR to clients whenever possible. Recently, I spent a year learning Dr. Bruce Perry’s developmentally-informed, biologically-respectful approach called the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), and as a result, I've been incorporating body regulation techniques and other knowledge into my practice.
While I have decades of expertise helping children and teens, I love to work with adults, particularly adults in the helping professions, those with histories of adversity or trauma, or who want support in learning how to thrive despite anxiety or other challenges in their lives. I bring extensive experience and expertise, and you bring expertise about yourself and a desire to change, so together it’s a collaborative process.

My experience with Siobhan has been wonderful. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her methods have been effective and accomodating to my needs. She has helped me work through an extraordinarily difficult time in my life. I have no doubt that she cares deeply about the emotional health of all her clients.

Siobhan is fabulous. She is kind, compassionate, wise and experienced. Siobhan has helped me to move forward in my life, especially through some difficult transitions, with new skills and support. She is a knowledgeable and experienced EMDR practitioner and utilizes other resources as well to meet each individual where they are. Siobhan has adapted to the "new normal" of providing counseling, including EMDR, through a secure telehealth app that is extremely easy to use. I highly recommend Siobhan!

Ms. Masterson is perceptive, insightful, and committed to helping her clients grow and supporting their loved ones to that end. We had taken our adolescent daughter to a psychiatrist and two different therapy practices over the course of two years, and our daughter was not properly diagnosed or treated during that time. Ms. Masterson was the first person to really "see" our daughter. She identified the core issues and has used strategies that have been highly effective within a short time. In addition, Ms. Masterson helped us advocate for a targeted 504 plan with the school district. Working with Ms. Masterson has been transformative for our daughter and we wholeheartedly recommend her practice.
