Originally from Russia, she has lived in Brooklyn for the past 20 years and attends education seminars each year.Dr. Nestor makes it her primary goal to help her patients become pain free and functionally independent. She performs services including modalities, ultrasound, vestibular rehabilitation, and red light and laser treatment.
