The facility had text messaged and called me about my appointment and yet when I arrived I was not on their schedule and the PT I booked was not even on site. Asked if I wanted to rebook and said that the PT doesn’t work on that site even though that location was listed on Zocdoc. It’s inconsiderate of my time and the cost of transportation to get there.
