As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I am a trained and licensed professional who provides therapy to individuals who want to improve their mental health and well-being. I provide person-centered, culturally sensitive therapy that focuses on healing from grief and trauma. I have a certificate in Grief Counseling (CG-C) and Complex Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCPT-II), and trained to do EMDR.
My goal is to help you identify, understand, and manage mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I use various evidence-based treatment approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based therapies to help you achieve your goals and improve your quality of life.
I am compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental, and I provide a safe and confidential space where you can express your thoughts and feelings without fear of stigma or discrimination. I will collaborate with you to develop treatment plans that are tailored to your unique needs.
