My appointment was at 10:15. When I entered, the front desk receptionist said that she couldn't give me any paperwork too fill out due to the printer being down & it should be a couple of moments until It comes back up. A couple of moments lasted more than 1 hour. I than was called back to the room by a medical assistance, where she took my vitals, asked about medical history as well as surgery. As we were talking, the receptionist finally comes back with my paperwork. As I quickly rushed to fill out my paperwork, the medical assit said the doc will be in the room shortly. Mind you...they claimed that did not receive the mri, doctors note ect from my primary doctor. Dr Sonni came into the room, very kind, listening skills were not to good, however he seemed like a good doc....my question to Dr. Sonni was how can he diagnose me without any mri, past surgery, epidural?? I asked him if he received my mri notes yet which he stated not as of yet, but he will get an xray of my spine. Another man came in the room and introduced himself as a doctor and he will take me to get some xrays. (Kinda strange that a another doc is taking you to get xrays..normally it is the tech). I got the X rays and was sent back to my room. Dr. Sonni came in without any MRI reports, even though I confirmed 2 times w/ my general doc that the info was faxed twice, and said he was putting me on 2 muscle relaxers and will call me the same day to discuss further treatment. I never received a call back..almost 2 weeks past ...my wife called the office explaining that no one called as they promised. We were given an apology and assured by the medical assistance that she is walking the mri report to the doc as she was talking to my wife and assured that the doc will call me back within a couple of hours. ..4 days and counting. ..no call. Very disappointed and will not be going back! This was the nice version.

Excellent. Dr. Sonny was knowledgeable and he listened to my concerns. He diagnosed my condition and now after treatment I am pain free.

Wonderful doctor. Courteous staff. I have had many other physicians miss my diagnosis and this Dr. truly helped me. Would highly recommend Dr. Sonny!
