By working with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field, you can feel confident that you are in good hands. As a Therapist, one of the most important lessons I have learned is that we become stronger when we “learn to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations.” We all face roadblocks that impact our decisions, our choices, and our abilities to overcome difficult situations.
Your first session will be spent exploring your therapeutic needs and receiving answers to any questions you may have. Many people are hesitant to begin therapy and we will work together so that you feel as comfortable as possible. Together we will work to prioritize your concerns and devise a strategy to tackle them. We will work at your pace while also challenging you to step outside of your routine at times.
