I am a muscle pain specialist of 25 years at Pain Free Maryland. I sometimes refer my patients for chiropractic adjustment which compliments the cold laser myofascial trigger point therapy I employ. I never refer a patient to a specialist I haven't used myself: Dr. Theodore isn't my neighbor or my golf buddy; he's the chiropractor I trust with my own body when I need adjustment.

Every staff member is so pleasant! Dr. Spiro Theodore truly cares about his paitients. He listens to what you have to say. I’m currently 6 months pregnant and am so relieved that he is my chiropractor. Lastly, the massage chair is amazing! I’m so excited for my next appointment!

Here is how it went.
+1. They had my records from 3 years ago. Picked right up where we left off.
+1 The waiting room is a conversation place. You can just feel the genuine warmth.
+1 The team really dances well together.I was helped by three people during my visit, all knew their role and did it briskly but brightly.
+1 Dr. Spiro looked at my back, asked one question and isolated the issue. I believe his diagnosis is accurate.
+1 Treatment started within minutes, started feeling better in 5 minutes. Isn't that awesome?
+1 Once I'd been softened up, I got adjuments that were other-wordly. For real, I can't believe how good I felt.

My first visit to a chiropractor was lovely. The staff was warm, there wasn't a wait, and I was in and out withing an hour. I am 7 months pregnant and went in for back/hip pain, and Dr. Theodore informed me what was going on and adjusted me within minutes. It humorously sounded like he was stepping on a bag of chips. I was then promptly put in a huge massage chair. Today my back feels amazing! I will be back again and again. I would 200% recommend this office to anyone looking for help.

Everything from scheduling, to walking in, to being evaluated for the first time at this office was beyond expectations! Then my follow-up appointment was just as amazing. Dr. Spiro and his entire staff are welcoming and friendly - taking the time to explain and listen. Dr. Spiro cares - and it shows. He really does take interest in helping you feel better and getting on a treatment plan - he checks out everything and performs xrays onsite - great, great, great. So glad I found this office and Dr. Spiro.
