Stacey Leeds, PT, CHT, earned her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University and is licensed to practice physical therapy in New York and Connecticut. She has more than 24 years of extensive clinical experience treating orthopedic, neurologic, geriatric, and sports-related injuries, with most of her career spent in outpatient clinics. Stacey has successfully used manual therapy techniques for many years, achieving great clinical results and high patient satisfaction. She has also developed specialized expertise in upper extremity treatment, including splinting of the wrist and hand. Driven by her passion for upper extremity and hand rehabilitation, Stacey earned the unique distinction of being both a Physical Therapist and a Certified Hand Therapist, and she is now focusing her practice predominantly on upper extremity care. Stacey’s decision to become a physical therapist was inspired by her own experience undergoing nearly a year of extensive physical therapy following two knee surgeries. When she is not helping patients reach their rehabilitation goals, Stacey enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, reading, traveling, and experiencing Broadway shows.
