I really enjoyed working with Dr. Stephanie. She provided me with an effective rehab program to address a sports related injury and she is very knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend visiting her!
My best PT experience ever! Dr. Steph is a wizard! She has helped me recover quickly and safely with specific exercises for my condition. I have had PT experiences in the past where the PT is not fully hearing you, this is not the case with Dr. Steph! She has a gentle approach in her ability to listen and fully comprehend your injury. Her concern for my recovery was supportive and genuine. Highly recommend Dr. Steph as your return to great health can be assured in her rehabilitate program and care.

More about Dr. Stephanie Neuerburg, DPT

Dr. Stephanie Neuerburg is a lifelong student of movement starting as an athlete. She has been working for the last 10 years as a physical therapist specializing in functional movement training in the orthopedic and neurological populations. Her goal is always to have the patient be able to return elite performance. Dr. Neuerburg has specialized in running assessment and return to sport, including bio mechanical movement optimization and functional movement training. Dr. Neuerburg is a constant student of the human body and continues her education not only in various training methodologies but also in healing practices that she will be excited to share in the coming months. In recent years, Dr. Neuerburg has opened her abilities to a top-down approach, which includes a more wholistic approach as well as creating positive habits in everyday life such as posture. She accomplishes this by creating a full body analysis that allows for a complete picture of a patient’s dysfunction to help restore natural movements and decrease painful responses. This creates a whole-body method of healing rather than in classic physical therapy where the goal is to focus on the injured area only and rehabilitation of that ailment. Dr. Neuerburg’s top-down approach creates not only the ability to heal the afflicted area, but also other areas of the body that may be deficient and could lead to future injuries or re-injury of the afflicted area. By healing the whole, one can heal the parts and be in a better position for success than perhaps prior to injury.

Dr. Stephanie was really thorough and gave me really effective exercises to dial in dysfunctional movement and manage my low back pain.
Dr. Stephanie is awesome. I have been suffering from hip and shoulder issues for well over a year and have visited other PTs before. Dr. Steph has treated both issues very differently than any previous PT and with great results. She does not provide the cookie cutter exercises to do - she gives you exercises that actually work! I highly recommend visiting her!
Knowledgeable, concise, and caring!
Stephanie listened to what I had to say about how my body felt and how I said my body worked. Everything was explained clearly and all questions were answered; even if I asked them twice. She realized when she was pushing me too hard. But more importantly, she knew when she had to ask me to do more. I appreciated her knowledge and all of the different ways she worked with me to achieve my goal.
Stephanie is wonderful! She listens to her patients needs and knows exactly how to help. She is knowledgeable, patient and kind. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know.
Steph is one of the few people I trust with my body. I had chronic lower back pain after a car accident several years ago, and Steph was the first PT that actually has given me lasting pain relief.
Dr. Neuerburg is fantastic, I’ve worked with her throughout her career, she’s seen me through both left and right ACL tears and my cancer recovery which included abdominal surgery. I’m a competitive hockey player and always come back stronger with her guidance. I value her hard work, dedication, and patient specific attention to detail. She’ll make you work but it will be worth it!
With a lifetime of sports related injuries, I’ve met my share of practitioners. Steph is a pro! She’s got the edge and intelligence to think outside the box in order to get down to the nitty gritty. Her confidence and supportive nature made my perspective shift beyond my physical restrictions and see the potential I am capable of. Amazing!
Stephanie was so helpful,,,made suggestions that helped greatly,, couldn't have asked for a better interaction,,made me feel better about my recovery and she really cared
