The facility is nice and clean and the staff is very professional and punctual. I enjoyed my physical therapy and the class session. The location and the days and hours of operation are great!. I have been coming here for 5 years and find it very rewarding.

Ron, the owner, is a most excellent, excellent physical therapist. He is also an excellent Pilates instructor. I truly believe that he personally cares for his clients. he makes sure that all the exercises that we learn with him, that we can also do them on our own once physical therapy has ended. He constantly explains that we need to do the stretching and the exercises every day and he explains why. He also explains about the muscles in our bodies that we don’t use, that we need to be using those to help us to move without pain. I have had trouble walking for the last 10+ years and now I’m able to walk with my grandsons daily if I choose, and the pain is nowhere near as painful as it once was. I am truly gratefulI for that. Ron Jegadeesh is the practice owner and a Licensed Physical Therapist. He is a PMA Pilates Certified Teacher, Certified Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation Specialist, STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor, and Certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Instructor. With over 30 years of experience in the rehabilitation of numerous orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, Ron received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Madras Medical College, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Management, and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in the Orthopedic and Sports Section. He practices Manual Therapy using both traditional and alternative methods.
As a physical therapist, Ron’s goal is to provide quality treatment, education, and motivation to all his clients. Teaching movement and postural reeducation with a comprehensive core and joint stabilization program, Ron is dedicated to enabling his clients to understand and work with injuries using Pilates and GYROTONIC® equipment. Helping others gain better control of movement in a functional and pain-free way to stay physically functional and fit, Ron focuses on a holistic, self-empowered approach to rehabilitation and fitness.

Best physical therapist ever. Total attention to every element of your recovery from proper breathing to using the correct muscles correctly. Total attention to detail.
Asks on every visit not only how you feel but what have you eaten too...proper nutrition is paramount and he holds a wealth of information to impart!!
I look forward to each session enthusiastically…Ron is the best!!!
