I help individuals navigate their weight challenges using a groundbreaking, innovative approach that is based on nutrition science and dynamic eating psychology. The meetings with Susan are very relaxing & informative. She takes a natural interest in your mental and & healthful state. She discusses how you walk hand in hand and compares this to your current state of being. Then, discusses a course of action to improve. The visits are like having a cup of coffee with a good friend.
