She always provides me with multiple solutions or suggestions which can be extremely helpful! She is always kind, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend!

Tara is reassuring, calming, empathetic and considerate. However, she will also knock you back into the lane and call you on your sh*t, which is exactly what I personally need in a therapist. No sugar coating, but gentle guidance has been the most productive for my healing journey.
