My name is Taylor Wingstrom. I was born and raised in northeastern Colorado with my parents and one older brother. I graduated with my Bachelors of Exercise Science in 2019 from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I then pursued my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, Arizona until 2022. I love spending quality with my patients during treatments, and I believe in both manual therapy and individualized therapeutic exercise. I am Dry Needling and Myofascial cupping certified. I greatly enjoyed my time in Arizona during graduate school where I learned how to paddle board and play pickball. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants with my friends, exploring the beautiful outdoors in Sedona, running and weight lifting. I spend most of my free time training and competing in Brazilian Jiujitsu at 12th Street Jiujitsu in North Phoenix. I enjoy meeting new people through the sport and traveling around the US competing in various tournaments. Overall, I believe in a balanced lifestyle that promotes wellness and health which I use to help my patients during their rehab journey. I love seeing my patients thrive and become happier, healthier individuals during therapy so that they can return to doing the things that bring them joy.
