Hello, my name is Teresa Olvera, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing for over 20yrs. My goal is to help others where they are struggling.

My common theoretical approach comes from various theories. I utilize solution focus, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

I’ve worked with children, families, couples, individuals in locked facilities, and people with chronic pain.

I like to provide an individual with a safe environment to allow them to express their feelings without any judgement.

I worked with families as a teen and decided I wanted to help families as a whole as well as individually.
